A consistent navigation system has been integrated for ease of use, while meeting the needs of screen reader based browsing. Links have been written to make sense when taken out of context. A "skip to main content" link, with the Access Key 1 is (for PC press ALT & Access Key then enter, for MAC press CONTROL & Access Key).
The font and background colours used create a significant level of contrast. The contrast aids in providing acceptable clarity regardless of the screen colour combination.
